What is Science Olympiad?
Science Olympiad is a national science, math, and engineering competition involving over 7600 students in elementary, middle, and high school. Teams consist of fifteen students who choose to compete in any one of 23 different events covering topics ranging from anatomy to structural engineering to electronic circuits. Each team sends up to three students to compete in each event, which consist of either taking a test, conducting a lab, building a device, or any combination of the three.
Why Sponsor Us?
ATX Science Olympiad is a student-run outreach organization at the University of Texas at Austin. We seek to increase middle and high school student engagement in STEM by hosting biannual tournaments, inviting coaches and students to learn more about events, and providing learning resources to visiting schools with fledgling Science Olympiad organizations. Your sponsorship would help us achieve this mission by funding everything from test printing to awards to trips to local schools for outreach.
In return for supporting the learning experiences of our students, we can provide exposure of your company to the more than 1,300 students, coaches, and parents who attend our school visits, tournaments, and Coaches’ Clinics from as far away as California and Florida. Please see below for more details on sponsorship tiers and specific promotional benefits available to your company. Please note that per student organization policy at UT, we cannot use your company logo at any time, but we can list your name as we please.

Sponsorship Packages
Event-Specific:
For donations of food or monetary donations up to $500, your company will be thanked at the specific event for which your donation was used. Any slides or awards ceremonies will mention your contribution and support of our STEM outreach endeavors.
Bronze: $500+
Your company will be thanked throughout the year on a non-dedicated slide during our tournaments’ awards ceremonies, on our website, and on our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter).
Silver: $1000+
All bronze benefits.
Your company can show a 60 second promotional video during our tournaments’ awards ceremonies.
Your company will have its name listed on our ATX Science Olympiad T-shirts.
Gold: $1500+
All silver benefits.
Your company can show a 2 minute promotional video during our tournaments’ awards ceremonies.
Promotional booths will be allowed outside the awards auditorium for up to an hour before awards starts.
Platinum: $2500+
All gold benefits.
Your company can send a speaker to our tournaments’ award ceremonies to speak for a ten-minute block of time (the topic must be science related).
Your company’s name can be associated with an ATX Science Olympiad event (i.e. Pentathlon) outside of the 28 main and trial events administered by Science Olympiad.
